Combat resolves itself — the depth is in building your team and reading the matchups.
You are a lone seeker climbing a spire of nightmares. Recruit the eldritch creatures that dwell inside it into a team of your own, evolve them into stranger and more terrible forms, and turn their dread against the next horror up the stairs.
Combat resolves itself — the true depth lies in building your team, finding dark synergies, and reading the matchups, not in twitch reflexes.
Key Features
- Auto-battler roguelike — build your team, then watch your creatures clash. Combat resolves itself; the depth is in drafting, synergies and reading the type chart, not twitch reflexes.
- Recruit & evolve — draft eldritch creatures from containment dossiers (re-scan to reroll one), and evolve them into stranger, more terrible forms as they level up.
- Nine affinities & a full type chart — master who preys on whom; stack affinities to unlock team synergies.
- Items, mutations & dread boons — run-defining pickups and pacts that stack into builds that can break a run wide open.
- Endless climb — a branching map of battles, omens, shrines, caches and a floor guardian; different every run. Tower One is live (early access).
How to Play
- Pick a starter and climb the branching map, choosing your own path up the Spire.
- At Recruit nodes, draft one creature whose affinities fit your plan (re-scan a dossier to swap it).
- Read the matchups — a single super-effective hit decides more than raw power.
- Heal before a Guardian, and weigh every omen — the Spire's gifts always cost something.
- Plays in your browser on desktop or mobile — no download
